  I hadn't been to this particular station in several years, but it's obviously getting run down and poorly managed. Compared to some of the stations downtown, the equipment (I'm referring to the pumps and machines outside) looks old and acts slow, and the money machine takes cash without allowing you to get gas (the clerk admitted it happens regularly). I had to fill out forms to get cash back, and was told to wait a couple days for verification and a phone call. After four days, I had to call the owner and request the refund. He said he would leave it for me, but when I asked about the problem with the machine taking money without allowing the gas, he said "even big banks have problems - we can't help it."
